Deliverable approvals and sign-off

Work becomes "done" when you say so, not when we do.

The approval loop

  1. We mark the deliverable In review and send you the link or files.
  2. You have the review window in your agreement (typically 3 business days).
  3. Either approved — we close it — or changes requested — we list them, agree effort, and re-deliver.

What helps reviews go fast

  • One consolidated list of feedback per round, not a trickle.
  • Tag feedback as blocking or nice-to-have — we fix blockers first.
  • Decide early who signs off, so the last mile is not a committee.

Silence

If the review window passes with no response, we will prompt once; after a second prompt the deliverable is considered accepted, so projects cannot stall on an unread email.
