Getting started with billing

Everything about money between us, in one place.

The three things to know

  1. Invoices are transparent — every line ties to delivered work, and block-hour balances are printed on each one. See Understanding your invoice.
  2. Paying is flexible — secure pay link, bank transfer, or a standing arrangement. See Ways to pay your invoice.
  3. Questions are normal — quote the invoice number in a ticket; disputed lines pause while we look.

Your setup checklist

  • Correct billing email and address on the account.
  • At least one named approver for spend.
  • Payment method chosen and, for retainer clients, the recurring arrangement confirmed.

That is it — billing then runs itself, and you check the numbers monthly.
