Getting started with flows

Flows are guided forms — structured intake instead of a blank email. If you have filled one, you know; if not, here is the shape.

When one appears

Onboarding, project kickoffs, access requests — anywhere answers must be complete the first time. You get a link; answers save as you go, so you can stop and resume.

Your first flow

  1. Open the link (or find it in the portal).
  2. Answer in order — "N/A" is always valid.
  3. Submit; the answers land as structured data in our workspace.

Why it matters to you

Structured intake means no ten-email follow-up loops asking what you meant. Complete answers, once, move straight into work.

Need a flow for something you submit often? Ask — see Product guide: flows for the full picture.
