Getting started with projects

Defined outcomes get run as projects: agreed scope, milestones, deliverables, and progress you can see without asking.

How one starts

  1. We scope the outcome together — written, agreed, signed off.
  2. Milestones and deliverables are set with target dates.
  3. Work begins; daily updates appear as it moves.

What you do

  • Watch — status is in the portal: planned, in progress, in review, done.
  • Review — deliverables come to you; consolidated feedback keeps rounds short.
  • Approve — work is done when you say so. See Deliverable approvals and sign-off.

Your first project

Describe the outcome in a ticket or to your point of contact — scope comes back as a written proposal. See Managed services or project work? for how the two fit together.
