Getting started with purchasing

When we buy things on your behalf — hardware, software licences, stock — the purchase record keeps it visible and approved.

The setup, once

  • Name your approver and their no-sign-off-needed limit.
  • List preferred suppliers, if any.
  • Flag recurring items (monthly licences, standing stock) so they approve once, not monthly.

Your first purchase

  1. Open a ticket: what, why, needed-by.
  2. We quote (if above threshold) and you approve in writing.
  3. We buy; order and receipt attach to the record; cost lands on the next invoice.

See the full flow in Purchase requests and approvals.

The promise

No purchase without your approval at the agreed threshold, and every order reconciles line-for-line with invoices.
