Getting started with scheduling

Calls, site visits, workshops, recurring check-ins — all in one calendar, visible to you.

Setup, once

  • Tell us your working hours and timezone.
  • Name who can book and reschedule on your side.
  • Flag any blackout periods (month-end, inventory days).

Your first appointment

Propose a time by ticket or take a slot from a booking link we send. Once confirmed it is in the portal, with reminders on the way. See Booking and rescheduling appointments.

Good to know

  • Recurring cadences (weekly check-in, monthly review) are set up once as a series.
  • Rescheduling needs notice for on-site work — travel and staffing are real.
  • We are late, you hear it from us first. Same courtesy in return keeps the day intact.
