How we track assets and work orders

Equipment and systems we manage for you live in a shared register, so nothing is "somewhere in the office."

The asset register

Every managed asset has a record: what it is, where it is, who uses it, and its service history. Ask for an export of your assets at any time — it is your inventory.

Work orders

When an asset needs attention — repair, replacement, scheduled maintenance — a work order tracks it:

  • Opened with the asset reference and the problem
  • Scheduled and assigned, with a status you can see
  • Closed with a note of what was done

New and retired assets

  • New hardware or systems onboarding? We register them as part of setup.
  • Retiring something? Tell us and we decommission it properly — including data wipe confirmation where relevant.

Spot something missing or wrong in the register? Open a Normal ticket with the asset name; corrections take minutes.
