Managed IT and infrastructure services

The unglamorous layer that everything else stands on — run, monitored, and supported by us.

Scope

  • Systems administration — servers, cloud services, domains, backups, and access.
  • Monitoring — continuous checks with automatic incident response (see Status, monitoring, and incident response).
  • Patching and upkeep — updates applied on a schedule, not after something breaks.
  • Security hygiene — access reviews, credential handling, and offboarding that actually revokes things.
  • Vendor wrangling — we speak to the suppliers so you do not have to.

How it is delivered

Usually as a managed-services agreement: a monthly pool covering the routine work, with incidents handled per the standard priorities. Your asset register shows every system we manage (see How we track assets and work orders).

Getting started

Start with an audit: we inventory what you run, flag risks, and propose a plan. Open a ticket titled "Infrastructure audit" to begin.
