Managing your contacts

Managing your contacts

The people side of the workspace: everyone on your account, in one register.

What lives there

Each contact record holds a name, email, phone, role, and notes. Contacts link to the deals, tickets, invoices, and appointments that mention them, so history follows the person.

Everyday actions

  • Add a colleague — send us name, email, and role; we register them and they can open tickets immediately.
  • Update details — new phone or role, same path; corrections take minutes.
  • Leavers — tell us when someone leaves; we remove their access the same day and keep their history attached to the account, not the person.

Good hygiene

  • At least two named contacts per account, so holidays do not become bottlenecks.
  • One email per person — shared inboxes make ticket ownership ambiguous.
  • Flag who is allowed to approve spend; we check before quoting anything billable.
