Product guide: flows

A flow is a guided form — a short, structured walkthrough for intake instead of a blank email.

Where you will meet one

  • New-client onboarding: company details, contacts, systems.
  • Project kickoffs: scope questions answered in order, so nothing is missed.
  • Access requests: who needs what, approved by the right person.

How they work

  1. You get a link (or it is embedded in the portal).
  2. Answers save as you go — you can stop and resume.
  3. Submission lands directly in our workspace as structured data, not prose to re-read.

Why we use them

Structured intake means your answers are complete the first time — fewer follow-up questions, faster start. If a flow asks something that does not apply, "N/A" is always a valid answer.

Missing a flow for something you submit often? Ask — a new one is usually a day's work, and it pays back immediately.
