Tax records, liability, and documents

Tax records, liability, and documents

What we track on your behalf, and what you can ask for.

What is recorded

  • Transactions with the tax treatment applied at the time — the source of everything else.
  • Nexus (where you have tax obligations) as it changes with your footprint.
  • Liability positions by period, so nothing waits until filing season.

Documents

Invoices, receipts, filings, and certificates are filed against the right period. Need one? Ask by ticket and quote the period — retrieval is minutes, not archaeology.

Exports

We can produce structured exports on request: transaction lists, liability summaries, expense and general-ledger extracts. Recurring exports (monthly, quarterly) can be scheduled once.

Boundaries

We keep records complete and reconciled; filings and advice go through your accountant unless your agreement says otherwise. When they need something, we hand it over in their preferred format.
