Understanding your invoice

Every invoice lines up with work actually delivered — no mystery lines.

What is on it

Section	What it shows
Header	Invoice number, dates, your billing details
Line items	Date, description, quantity, and rate for each piece of work or service
Block hours	Hours used this period and hours remaining in your pool
Totals	Subtotal, tax, and amount due

Timing

Invoices are issued on the schedule in your agreement (usually monthly).
Payment terms are printed on each invoice.
The PDF is attached to the invoice email and downloadable from the portal.

Something look wrong?

Open a ticket with priority Normal, quote the invoice number, and point at the line in question. We investigate and reply with a correction or an explanation — disputed lines are paused, not chased, while we look.
