Using the appointment calendar

The working habits that keep the calendar useful instead of decorative.

Reading it

FieldWhat it tells you
Date and windowWhen we arrive or call — windows for on-site, exact for calls
AttendeesWho is coming from both sides
Location or linkAddress or the meeting link

Everyday moves

  • Propose a time: ticket or reply — we confirm in writing and the calendar updates.
  • Reschedule: as much notice as you can; same thread, new slot confirmed.
  • Cancel: same path; recurring series can be paused rather than killed.
  • Add an agenda: put it in the thread beforehand — appointments with agendas end on time.

After

Outcomes from on-site visits land as notes against the appointment (and daily logs where relevant), so the "what happened Tuesday?" question has a home.
