One platform

Six parts of the business, one system of record

Most companies stitch a helpdesk, a CRM, a project board, an inventory tool, and an invoicing app together — then glue them with exports. JoeFlow runs the whole loop in one database, so a chat becomes a deal becomes a project becomes an invoice without anything being re-typed.

Conversations

Every customer channel — one queue, one timeline, one SLA clock.

Ticketing

Everything a modern helpdesk needs, included from day one.

  • SLAs with business-hours roll-forward
  • Assignment rules, macros, collision banners
  • Time tracking, CSAT, snooze, requester history

Live chat

An embeddable widget with a realtime agent console — plus an L1 bot that resolves the routine questions before an agent ever picks up.

  • Queue claim + per-agent concurrency limits
  • Typing indicators, transcripts to tickets
  • Chat CSAT surveys on close

Voice

Inbound calls through your own Twilio account land as tickets with recordings attached — no vendor markup on your minutes.

  • Signature-verified Twilio webhooks
  • Recordings on the ticket timeline
  • Same SLA + assignment rules as tickets

Email

Provider-agnostic inbound email with real threading — point IMAP or a webhook at your support address and threads just work.

  • SendGrid, Mailgun, Postmark, raw MIME, IMAP
  • Message-ID dedupe + In-Reply-To threading
  • Outbound replies via your own SMTP

Knowledge base

Rich-text articles with full revision history, collaborative whiteboards, and a public help center that doubles as a deflection channel.

  • TipTap editor + revision diffs
  • Excalidraw whiteboards per article
  • Public help center with feedback votes

Revenue

From first touch to cash in the bank, without exporting CSVs.

CRM

Contacts and a drag-and-drop deal pipeline on the same customer record that support already knows.

  • Kanban pipeline with weighted forecast
  • Activities + context notes on every record
  • Contact cart with Stripe checkout

Catalog & offers

A product catalog with targeted cross-sell offers built in — orders and revenue tracked back to the conversations that created them.

  • Condition-based targeting from a shared DSL
  • Shown/accepted analytics per offer
  • CSV import + public catalog API

Invoices

Invoices, estimates, and credit notes with payments, A/R aging, and recurring billing — invoicing that lives next to the CRM instead of in a separate tool.

  • Draft → send → pay lifecycle with per-org numbering
  • Payment ledger, A/R aging, and billing dashboard tiles
  • Recurring profiles with reminders on a cron sweep

Work

Guided work, projects, and the training that keeps it sharp.

Flows

Versioned flowcharts that walk agents through proven paths — with cross-sell offers surfaced at exactly the right decision point.

  • Branching logic + shared condition DSL
  • Runs in chat, on cards, or beside a ticket
  • Offer targeting + accept analytics

Projects

A kanban for custom products and building projects — every won deal that needs a job gets its project created automatically, linked to the customer behind it.

  • Kanban board with per-org project numbers
  • Auto-created from won deals — no retyping the job
  • My-work view, assignments, and due dates per task

Training

A built-in LMS for your own team: structured courses, quizzes that gate progress, and industry-standard SCORM content.

  • Lesson quizzes + completion gating
  • SCORM 1.2 import, playback, tracking
  • Certificates on course completion

AI copilots

Assistance woven through every module — suggested replies, summaries, and flow drafts — running on your own provider keys.

  • Bring your own provider — no markup
  • Ticket + chat summaries on demand
  • Draft flows from a prompt, edit visually

Operations

Procurement, inventory, assets, and shipping in the same system.

Asset acquisition

Price any purchase — lumber, server components, hosting — across multiple vendors and compare the quotes side by side before you award the job.

  • Vendor registry across retailer types
  • Side-by-side quote matrix with best-price flags
  • One-time and recurring pricing compared fairly

Asset manager

Every building, vehicle, and piece of equipment with locations, custody, preventive maintenance, and work orders — synced from Snipe-IT or MaintainX if they're already your system of record.

  • Registry with custom fields, locations, and depreciation
  • Check-out/check-in custody with full history
  • PM schedules generate work orders with labor & parts costs

Stock manager

Resale inventory with per-location quantities, a full movement ledger, transfers, and cycle counts — replenished from purchase orders, and stocked against catalog orders with low-stock alerts.

  • Per-location on-hand with committed, available, and incoming
  • Receive from POs, fulfill catalog orders
  • Barcode labels and sync with Shopify, Square, Zoho

Shipping

Shipments tracked against orders and deals, so nobody asks “where is it?” again.

  • Carrier-agnostic shipment records
  • Status timeline on the order and the deal
  • Customer-visible tracking links

People

Schedules, bookings, and the roster — staffed to the forecast.

Appointments

An appointment calendar built for customer work — event types with buffers and booking questions, availability your customers book against, and two-way sync with Google Calendar, Outlook, and ICS feeds.

  • Month / week / day calendar with bookings and timezones
  • Customer-facing booking pages with approval mode
  • Two-way sync with Google, Outlook, and ICS feeds

Workforce

Forecast demand per channel and build schedules that actually hit your service level — with the roster, open-shift claims, swaps, and time off in the same workspace your agents already use.

  • Channel forecasts + Erlang C staffing targets
  • Shift schedules with templates, claims, and swaps
  • Employee roster with availability + Deputy / When I Work sync

Platform

The plumbing: accounting-grade tax, health, and integrations.

Tax

Sales tax and VAT computed where the work happens — rates, nexus, and filings that pull live numbers from orders, shifts, and purchase invoices instead of a spreadsheet.

  • Rate engine with exemptions + inclusive pricing
  • Liability reports, 1099 packets, MACRS depreciation
  • Nexus monitoring + TaxJar / Stripe Tax connectors

System health

Uptime monitoring for your stack — built in, or fed by the tools you already use.

  • Built-in checks for your database, mail, voice, and apps
  • HTTP, keyword, port, and heartbeat monitors with uptime history
  • Auto-incidents and a shareable public status page

Built for your line of work

Pick your industry — the workspace sets itself up

At signup, a short wizard asks what kind of business you run and which outside tools you already use. It pre-selects the modules, seeds industry project templates, deal pipelines, and invoice defaults, and flags the integrations worth connecting.

Contractors & trades

Quote jobs, keep sites stocked, and invoice the build.

BYOK isn’t a tier — it’s the default

AI providers, SMTP, IMAP, Twilio voice, Stripe checkout — JoeFlow never marks up someone else’s meter. Your keys stay vault-encrypted, and your vendors bill you directly.

How it connects

Your accounts, your keys, your data

JoeFlow wires into the providers you already pay for instead of reselling them to you.

Email, any provider

Inbound via IMAP polling or SendGrid / Mailgun / Postmark / raw-MIME webhooks. Outbound replies stamp In-Reply-To and References, so threads stay intact wherever the customer replies from.

Your Twilio account

Signature-verified voice webhooks auto-create tickets, attach recordings to the timeline, and route through the same SLA and assignment rules as every other channel.

Stripe checkout

Build a cart from catalog products on a contact and hand the customer a hosted Stripe checkout link — revenue lands in your Stripe, not ours.

AI on your keys

Copilots call your OpenAI, Anthropic, or compatible endpoint. No per-resolution fees, no prompt markup, no vendor-locked model choice.

SCORM 1.2 content

Upload any SCORM 1.2 package to a lesson. Playback, tracking, and completion gating run natively; certificates issue on course finish.

API + webhooks

A public REST surface (catalog, email inbound, voice, sweeps) plus webhook secrets per org — wire JoeFlow into whatever else you run.

Escalation to Paragon

Tier-2 escalation queue with a first-class API escalation target, so partner teams can hand off without leaving their own tracker.

Migration adapters

A sync engine with reference adapters for Zendesk, Intercom, HubSpot, and Salesforce — bring history across instead of starting from zero.

Compare

Suite pricing, done honestly

The all-in-one category has three pricing models: everything per employee (Zoho), everything per seat (JoeFlow), and everything per seat per product (the stackers). The difference compounds every month.

FAQ

Questions worth asking

Is every module really included — what's the catch?

Modularity in JoeFlow is about workspace fit, not pricing tiers. Voice, CRM, tax, workforce — it's all in the box on every seat. Admins toggle modules off per workspace to keep the sidebar focused; the price doesn't change. Only ticketing, dashboard, and settings are non-negotiable, because everything else builds on them.

Who counts as a seat?

Anyone who signs in to do work. People who only consume — reading dashboards, approving requests, browsing the knowledge base — are free light seats, unlimited. A contractor with 30 field hands pays for the office, not the whole crew.

How does self-hosting work?

JoeFlow ships as a Docker Compose stack against your own Postgres, with a first-run setup wizard and startup migrations. It's the same codebase as the cloud — flipping JOEFLOW_MODE is the difference — licensed per seat per year, so you can start self-hosted, move to SaaS, or the reverse.

How does AI pricing work?

Bring your own key. JoeFlow's copilots call your chosen provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, or any compatible endpoint) directly, so you pay provider rates and nothing else. No per-resolution fees, no AI meter, no upcharge baked into seats.

Can I migrate from Zendesk, Intercom, or HubSpot?

There's a sync engine with reference adapters for Zendesk, Intercom, HubSpot, and Salesforce, plus provider-agnostic inbound email — point IMAP or a webhook at your existing support address and threads keep working via standard Message-ID/In-Reply-To headers.

We only need one or two modules today. Why pay for all of it?

Because 'later' is where per-tool pricing gets you: a second vendor means a second contract, a second login, and an integration to maintain. With JoeFlow the expansion is a toggle your admin flips — usually after the onboarding wizard already switched on the modules that fit your industry.

What channels are supported on day one?

Email (IMAP polling or SendGrid/Mailgun/Postmark/raw-MIME webhooks, with outbound SMTP), an embeddable live-chat widget with an L1 bot, voice via your Twilio account, a public help center over the knowledge base, and a REST API with webhooks.
