Another Thing Joe Takes Over
The subscriptions Joe replaces
Alongside the many hours of admin work savings, every one of these separate SaaS bills folds into the same login — Joe works the 2nd Shift side of each row, and the paid plan is one simple credit plan instead of eight subscriptions.
Eight subscriptions become one login Joe runs - from $19.99 $10/mo.
Competitor figures are published list prices, for illustration — your actual stack and seat count will vary.
How it works
From hello to Joe running your operations in one conversation
No demo call, no implementation project. Joe interviews you, tells you how he can help you grow, and gets to work the moment your account exists.
Talk to Joe
1Right here, in the chat at the top of the page. He asks what the business does, how big the team is, and what eats your week — then tells you where he can help.
Back to the chatJoe sets up and takes over
2From your answers he picks the industry profile — the modules, project templates, deal pipelines, invoice defaults, and the plan tier that fits. Create your account and Joe gets straight to work inside it.
Joe runs the whole business
3Every channel and every module is on from day one — 19 of them, one login — and Joe works them for you: the help desk, the follow-ups, the back office. Turn anything up or down per workspace whenever the business changes.
vs the marketplace
One system Joe runs — not five tools you stitch
The usual stack is a helpdesk, a CRM, a board, an inventory tool, an invoicing app, and an LMS — each with its own bill, login, and integration to babysit. 2nd Shift is one system, and Joe is the one operating it — the price-by-price story is in the subscriptions section above.
Hours back, every week
Quoting, scheduling, invoicing, and the help desk stop being five jobs in five tabs. Joe runs the whole loop in one system — a chat becomes a deal becomes a project becomes an invoice without anything being re-typed — saving you the time to do what is needed, and only you can do.
Revenue nothing lets slip
Joe puts the right cross-sell offer in front of every conversation, turns quotes into invoices the moment work is approved, and keeps follow-ups on the same timeline as the work they chase — nothing slips while you're heads-down.
Your operator, not a setup checklist
Tell Joe what the business does and he doesn't hand you the keys — he takes them. He sets the place up (modules, templates, pipelines, plan) and then runs it: the backend of your office and the front end of your support, while you answer.
The difference is the front door
Other platforms hand you an empty tenant and a setup checklist. 2nd Shift hands you Joe — briefed on your business mid-conversation and already running the place when your account opens.

FAQ
Questions worth asking
Is there a free way to start?
What are credits?
Credits meter the work Joe does for you — his conversations, his drafts, and the write actions he takes in your workspace. Reading is never charged: browsing the knowledge base, checking dashboards and reports, approving a request — none of it costs a credit. Writing does. A worked exchange, at the rates the billing meter actually charges:
- A Joe chat. You ask Joe something in your workspace and he answers — the exchange reads ~8,000 tokens of context and writes ~800: 3 credits (a 1 credit base plus the metered token cost, rounded up to the next credit).
- A ticket interaction. A customer email opens a ticket (1 credit), Joe picks it up in chat (5 credits), sends a similar-sized reply — ~8,000 tokens read, ~800 written (7 credits) — and closes the ticket with a resolution (3 credits). The whole interaction: about 16 credits.
- Any other write. A simple action anywhere — creating a contact, drafting an invoice — is a flat 1 credit.
Plans are simple monthly credit plans, one-time packs top up when a month runs hot, and unused pack credits roll for 12 months. Every module is included on every plan.
